Ashley my NP was great but the wait time was over an hour
We were in Saturday to get my son stitched up from a mountain biking incident. Everyone we dealt with was top notch. We were in and out in under 2 hours, couldn't ask for anything better. Thanks to the staff!!
I found the staff and Doctor to be Top Notch! Very Very Pleased to Finally have an Urgent Care in this location that is Truly A Caring Professional Center. Thank You Tampa General!!!!

Everyone was friendly. Time in waiting room was at least a half hour which wasn't bad considering it's an urgent care. Got called back and everyone was really nice. Didn't take long for the Doctor to come in after I was in a room.
I appreciated being able to hold a place in line the night before! The appointment time was kept and I was seen within minutes. The NP was efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. The office, itself, is also way better now that it is part of TGH (seems much cleaner, updated, and professional).
Other than 2 hour wait it was very good, Doctor was great.
Everyone was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable with my reason of visit. I will recommend to my neighbors in the event they need to be seen asap!
