I had a mixed experience. The first nurse who brought me back was very nice and then after doing all my vitals took me to another room to see the PA who came In promptly and diagnosed my toe problem in that the callous was infected so she said she could get me the antibiotic right there instead of me having to go to the Pharmacy for it. Positive experience. Front desk checking in person extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. The 2 staff who took me back and treated me were exceptional. Answered all my questions, reassured my concerns, did not rush me thru the visit.
I have been to TGH Urgent care several times. Everyone from the front desk, techs and the on call PA are very friendly and professional. I have recommended them to my family and friends who are not able to get into their doctor and need to see someone immediately. It’s a great feeling to know they are there! Thank you!
Hurt arm so got X-rays there. Dr. Says it is broken. Everyone from receptionist, nurse, X-ray Tech, and Dr. all very professional and helpful.
Very responsive, got me right in with little wait time, assistant was very attentive and helpful, doctor was very nice and helpful. Only thing I had a problem with is having to put a credit card on file in case my insurance doesn't pay. If you are a provider under my insurance, why would I have to put up a card in case they don't pay you? I thought thats why we have copays and providers we can only go too.🤔
