We are in Florida on vacation, and when our 15 month old came down with something, we were very scared. Fortunately we were in wonderful hands with Ashley, N.P. and the young lady who helped us in triage (apologies, I didn’t catch her exact name but it sounded like Melinda or Belinda). They were extremely friendly and respectful of our decisions as parents, even though I know they were probably burnt out. Our son is feeling better and we will have a great Christmas thanks to your all’s help.
My husband and I had the same symptoms so we went at the same time. We got in relatively quickly. The PA was great. She listened to what we had to say and wrote a prescription for me. We’re still not feeling much better.
Care provided was excellent
Check in smooth. Wait reasonable. Provider friendly and efficient in explaining diagnosis and treatment.
Easy check in not too long of a wait and it was fairly busy. Overall a good experience
Thorough, courteous staff. Seen quickly and treated efficiently.
Appointment time was honored. Nurse practitioner was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Wait was not long. My serious stiff neck was fixed. Two shots and a little rest. Good as new.
PA I saw did a wonderful job of explaining what he was doing.
