I made a reservation online for 12:15 and wasn’t taken back into a room until about 2:30. At that point my pain had gotten worse and I was miserable. The provider gave me a referral for an othropedic provider and when I got home, I was contacted saying they couldn’t complete the referral due to me needing a pre-authorization. Had to wait about an hour. Spent 15 seconds with a Dr. Who sent me straight to emergency. They called ahead. Good. However chatty Cathy called as I was being examined, poked, prodded and wanted to know what , how, yakkety yak. Please do not do that. Love your location and hours.

Feeling much better so very happy with the outcome. I made an appointment for 9:15 but wasn’t seen until 10:15 but understand that it’s Urgent care and there are perhaps people who’s condition may be more critical than myself. The nurse practitioner was excellent and the staff very professional.

Could use more than one physician workin. Wait time was over an hour. Once in, went fairly quick. I feel better now!!

I always use this Urgent care because it’s neat and clean. I was in and out in 1/2 hour. Everyone was professional.

Wait time was a bit long. We tried several times to offer the intake personnel our insurance card and she replied it wasn’t necessary, even when she could see that it was not a match in your system. We eventually got it across to her that the former insurance on file was no longer good. NP was good and helpful but failed to call in the prescription which necessitated another trip to your office and several additional trips ( and wait times) at the pharmacy.

I was very pleased at the level of service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The wait was minimal. The Dr who saw me was also great. Knew exactly what I needed and I’m already feeling better today. Thank you!
