Friendly and courteous staff, even at night. Honest about the wait time.
I had to wait over an hour but I understand that. Many people waiting to be seen. Nurse Practitioner Jodea was very professional and proficient.
Everyone was very professional.
Even though I had to wait 2 hours, when I was escorted into the treatment room I was treated well and taken care of well.
You are Urgent Care is a joke. Highly unprofessional. Firstly, I went online and signed up for an appointment and then showed up 10 minutes before the appointment and waited about 45 minutes finally asking at the front desk what happened to my appointment. I was told that even though I made an appointment it's not really an appointment, and there was a 3-hour wait. So I left and showed up first thing the next morning. My experience was great. The entire staff was friendly and professional.
The NP/PA who tended to me was super knowledgeable, very thorough and had a wonderful personality. She put my mind at ease about my Covid symptoms, and I was extremely thankful for her.
They took it seriously and sent me to the ER
The provider was attentive & through.
