The second time I went was better. Michell new what to prescribe. Feeling much better.

All was good; BUT: We were told to go to another urgent care in Brandon (before it closed in 1 1/2 hours) for next step. Problem is we did and that UC said insurance would only cover one UC visit in 24 hour time-frame; I wasn’t seen and ended up driving back to SCC and going to ER. SUGGEST: Since TGH UC employees might not be familiar with insurance rules…Tell patient to call referred clinic first to see if insurance covers. As patient in pain, we just followed instructions!
Easy to make appointment online, got same day appointment, didn't have to wait long to see NP after I arrived for appt. Friendly staff.
Fast, caring service
The doctor and nurses were thorough and did several tests. They explained their findings to me and gave e a shot and some scripts. The only problem was they sent the scripts to my old pharmacy, which delayed my taking them.
timely admission, addressed problem and recommended a logical solution
I made the appointment arrived 20 minutes before ,filled out paperwork and waited 15 minutes past my appointed time. It was great. Never knew this place existed till I started looking on internet where I could go to a Doctor and did not have to beg for help. I will use this place again. Ashley was great in taking care of my needs for respiratory problems.
