Long wait for people who are sick
I arrived at approx 12:45 and was told to pre-register online. Which I did. While I was completing the document online several others came in. I waited patiently until several others came and went. Finally 1:45 I asked when will I be seen and the young ladies said I was next. 3 other people were called and left. I went to the window again and the young lady was on the phone and asked me to wait. But the call went on forever. Employes talking and joking very loud so patients could hear. Not professional. Hurts the hospital which I thought was excellent.

I am on vacation from NY and my ear had some blockage, called my insurance company and they told me the closest provider was TGH urgent care , so I went there and it was the Worst place to go, lady at the reception desk was rude , she claimed that my insurance was not accepted there, although my insurance company said they were a contracted provider, I think she was too lazy to do any paperwork , I even called my insurance company back and they verified that they accept my insurance. Fast, listen, and detailed
Wait time was over 2 hours; staff was great when I finally got to see them I am on scripts since Saturday and am not seeing much of improvement; was told it might linger 3-4 weeks; horrible cough still exists And congestion.; also lightheaded Will wait till Thursday before Contacting my pcp;Dr Amos Apollo Beach
I was in and out quickly. The PA was great and has wonderful bedside manners.
