Great check in process. Patients seemed to be moving through quickly. I was in and out pretty quickly, but I was fire ant bites. Reason for visit could be a better with selection/purpose of visit. No option for any kind of bite allergy.
Wait time was minimal and the physician was very knowledgeable about my problem

Ultimately, I received the desired treatment, so mission accomplished. Waiting 50 minutes AFTER triage was excessive and should have been handled differently. Daniel was a good provider.
A longer wait than expected, but the physician assistant was wonderful!
I wasted 2 1/2 hours because someone in management insisted patients use computer site (phone) to log in and update history. So maybe that's not to bad in your mind but you also didn't have an xray tech to look at my injury. Maybe that isn't bad but your ridiculous insistence on keyboard work nonsense caused me to be too late to go next door to Tower because their xraybtech left at 4 pm. Whoever insists on this keyboard crap should have to live overnight with my pain and not knowing what's wrong. Apparently you know nothing ... read more
