Did not have to wait long to see a doctor and was diagnosed just as fast. Will definitely be back if I have a urgent care need!

First your web site says you make appointments. I in fact I had one for 9:15. When we got there at 9 we were told you do not make appointments. There are many places to go around your location that would have given us an appt. Ok so no appt!!! We had to wait for over a. Hour just to get in to the first office. Then had to wait again in the second place. Now…..the good of coming there….the two people we saw were nice even though not a doctor in sight. We were treated ok and they even had an X-ray taken. Reception courteous and professional. Explained checkin through MyChart efficiently. Triage also exceptional. Explained procedures. Attending PA thorough and diagnosed correctly, sending us to HealthPlex Brandon. Ended up at TGH. His thought threw possibilities and was correct.
