The staff is very kind, I was attended very well for all the staff Thank you
Superior treatment from checkin, to the Nurse session, and then the session with the PA. All knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
Very nice assistant and nurse practitioner. Found fast track annoying. All my records were lost and had to be redone. Didn’t bring my phone. Too bad staff can no longer do these things.
Check-in process is chaotic. Very satisfied upon seeing provider.
Besides the wait visit was great very professional!
Overall very impressed with the nurse and PA.
I don't like that we had to get on MY CHART to sign for an appointment. We do not work for you. We are Sr Citizens and are not computer literate. My husband and I came to Urgent care because we were sick. The girl at the desk said that she cannot get on My Chart for us. Excuse me,TGH Urgent care CAN get into it. She was able to get my username!!!! You are in a Sr community, please start treating us with more respect!
Staff listened and responded appropriately to ALL of my concerns. Problem was successfully resolved. Thank you for the attention given to this "out-of -towner" that was NOT having a great day! Everyone was pleasant and helpful!
