Got online and made pre-spot. for 8:45. Wasn’t brought back until 9:39am. I was discharged at 11:30am so 2 hrs. and 45 mins. seems lengthy to me. Staff was respect and informative

I made an appointment and was taken back immediately. The staff was very pleasant and the doctor was thorough, explained her diagnosis and answered all my questions. I have a complaint from a former visit. I never received a bill or received a phone call about a payment until I received a bill from a collection agency. I have no information on the bill after requesting several times for a statement. I pay my bills immediately upon receipt and I am not paying until I get a statement from urgent care. I just want to share my thoughts,for 10 years I have had a wound,finally had a chance to have it closed through surgery,when they took me for the surgery it wasn't all I wanted,the wound wasn't closed yet,they would admit me to the hospital and close the wound in 5 days I got so frustrated and upset I lashed out I just left the hospital ama not realizing until I was gone I totally fucked up now I still have a wound and at home instead of being looking forward to the surgery now j just don't know what will happen
