Even though it was very busy the wait was short and the provider was patient. So thankful to have found them.
The Doctor was rude. The technician was not gentle at all. I have had Covid-19 test and never had pain like I did. The doctor seemed disappointed that my test was negative.
Had to wait 4 hours Then saw PA and not doctor. Ok for prescriptions and exam.
Great health care providers. I even received a call with my test results and find to check how I was doing. Thank you
Had a three hour wait even with an appointment but, expected the wait with the higher Covid numbers. Only thing that could improve is a discharge paper with instructions on how to get Covid test results. Can't get through on phone due to high call volumes.
Everyone was very pleasant, but I had to wait a long time to be seen. Appointment was at 4:15 and I probably left around 6:15. It didn’t seem to be terribly busy. I made the appointment on line and was surprised that the earliest I could get in was the following day late in the afternoon. When I tried to call and talk to someone, I had to hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes and finally gave up and hung up. From what I understand, this is commonplace there. I’m sure it’s because of Covid, so I’m trying to be patient.
