Staff nice, facility clean an wait wasn't long. Not happy that PA insisted on different type of medicine than I usually take n didn't prescribe it. Had to call my dr and request. Otherwise he was very nice

You got right in and the paramedics got me to the ER. Turns out I have pneumonia.
The wait to see someone was long (2+ hours) but the staff was very nice, friendly and competent. I was pleased with the visit and would use them again. I first called my doctor, Dr. Jeffreys, office at TGMG scheduling line and were told there were no appointments until January 2022. My back hurt a great deal and I could not wait. They told me to go to the TGH Urgent Care to be seen. Thank goodness for them. I have an infection that is causing the lower back pain. The people were understanding about the needs I have for my asthma and took care of me accordingly.
I was treated great and quickly. Very efficient and thorough. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
