Very professional and kubd
I am so happy that i can walk in and get an appointment. Waiting for primary could be 10 days or more. Love getting tested and results ready immediately. I would love to have the patient portal on my phone but cannot seem to navigate it for my iPhone.
The receptionist was very nice!!! The nurse was very nice!! The doctor was uncompassionate and cold and uncaring.

Wait was 4 hours! DO was very curt and didn’t seem to have time to answer questions. Girl at front desk courteous.

I had to wait too long outside my car and I never saw a doctor. It was only a nurse and she was not personable at all.
The Tech Gary was very pleasant. The P A Michelle was very knowledgeable. She gave us clear instructions and understanding concerning testing, isolation and covid itself. We left feeling assured .I am now able to go and educate others. Best experience I have had thus far in an urgent care setting.
