I was signed in and taken back in less than 5 minutes. The P.A. Listened to my concerns and treated me with care. Left w rx and my ear is feeling 100 times better. It was a same day appointment and didn’t have to wait longer to see my PCM.
I didn't have to wait long to be seen my the doctor. She explained everything. She told me how long the test would take to get results back. I was given results by text, email, and got a phone call. Very professional
