Very efficient check-in process. Able to see PA in a reasonable amount of time. The whole process was good.
Everyone was very friendly and supportive while I was very stressed and they went out of their way to make me feel better. I got excellent care!
The staff was courteous and knowledgeable during my visit regarding a COVID-19 test. This is the second time I used this urgent care and highly recommend it.

Arrived 820 for an 830 fast track COVID test. The lady inside the building told me to go around back to the trailer, someone will be there by 830. It's now 9am. Came back inside to inquire and they said they can't find the person. Now they are trying to call someone to come in Update- In response to your reply that "call outs happen", unfortunately that wasn't the case. Person who did the test acted as though I was bothering her to be there. Totally unfriendly, short, curt and stand-offish. Was very annoyed when I asked her to show me the label on the test tube that my test was going into. VERY POOR PATIENT SAFETY!
Received call on Monday from podiatrist that I had an appointment. Staff @ TGH failed to call me to say they set one up. Staff of TGH were not very customer friendly when I called asking what was going on with my care, very rude. The staff at your Urgent care on 301 in Sun City needs refresher course in customer relations
Excellent service from start to finish. Staff was helpful and efficient from the my first phone call asking for information to the follow up phone call from TGH to see how I was doing …… I am thankful to have found a Health Care location near me that is as great as TGH! You have changed my mind about having local doctors involved with my health. Thank you!!
