3:45 was my time. Visiting my wife get a call new time is 1:00. Leave immediately as supposed be there 2 hours before. Get there 11am. Taken to room for 3 hours as I was prepped. At about 4:15 I am brought in after dr explained I WAS NOT GETTING procedure. This is just a test! I was told opposite. Now I have not eaten for 24 hours taken to be discharged blood is 51. Covid test for preop was scheduled on Wednesday at noon. Arrived early and was tested immediately. Results were back that evening.
I am a RN.. I will not use that services again. I will tell my friends to do the same.
Greeted promptly and with a smile. Short time from check in to being seen by a provider. Received compassion care in a clean & safe environment. Thank you TGH Urgent care team!
Very efficient and easy to navigate. My family was kept informed through the procedure and the team was very friendly and helpful.
Very organized and quick.
It was very clean and the receptionist was very competent. The PA was very knowledgeable. The only criticism I have when a woman came in suspecting covid she just sat in the general population. There should be somewhere for them to isolate.
