HealthcareUrgent CareWalk-in Clinics

Fast Track Urgent Care Center is committed to delivering after hours care in a comfortable, clinic setting. Unlike an emergency clinic or an emergency room, our office is focused on the patient experience in addition to the immediate care that is needed. While we see the lacerations, cuts, colds, sinus infections, strep throats, and broken bones that can get in the way of everyday living, we do so in an environment designed around the patient. By pairing the walk-in convenience of the ER with a friendly staff, we have create... read more

The lady practitioner said there was nothing wrong with me. I’m 74 years old and I happened to know if I’m sick or not she gave me no anabiotic‘s anyway I came back to Virginia to see my ENT he said I have a very nasty sinus infection I’m on 14 days The Levaquin and seven days a prednisones and my voice still isn’t back back. It’s aggravating that I had to spend the holidays not feeling well All because of her

A fast, convenient, easy way to be told I have the flu. Accepts insurance, and called in script. Great place if you dont have a primary doc.

Your PA would not listen to me & I almost ended up in the hospital on IV antibiotics because he wouldn’t listen to me. I was in bed incapacitated for 3 weeks and ended up on the steroids I told him about and the illness progressed to the point I was on the strongest oral antibiotics available for 3 weeks. I trusted him because I thought he was a doctor. Worst medical non treatment I have ever experienced. This person should not be trusted with patients. I don’t want this to ever happen to anyone else. It should be made absol... read more

I was terribly sick & had been for a couple of weeks. I couldn’t talk, breathe & actually printed out a list of my symptoms & my medical info. I bought a friend to advocate for me. I was seen by a PA. Several people in my family had the same condition.I told the PA how they were treated & cured. He refused to listen to me. He would not prescribe the medication & the steroids that helped them. I ended up getting far worse. I ALMOST ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL ON IV ANTIBIOTICS & DEHYDRATED. I LOST 15 pounds. MY ILLNESS WAS EXTEN... read more

Despite having an appointment we waited for nearly hour. Then the doctor came in before the nurse took any vitals. I felt like he diagnosed my daughter before even examing her. It was not an appointment that instilled confidence. I would suggest letting patients know how long they will be waiting and keep them updated. On the bright side it feels very clean inside.

My ARNP was fantastic. However, the meds prescribed upset my stomach. I called a few days after my visit and was told to come in and be reseen as a follow up for a change in my medication. I drive an hour to get there. Fill out forms, again. Physician on site REFUSES to see me unless I paid another 135.00 (that’s with insurance). I explain I’m here as a follow up for the same illness, need new meds. Again, front desk explains this behind the closed door to the physician, front desk girl comes back to tell me I need to pay to... read more

I booked my appointment online, for 10:15 - I arrived earlier at 10:10.. filled out paperwork and was ready and finished at 10:15 I had to wait for almost a full hour before I was seen. Once I was seen my male nurse that saw me was not welcoming or asking about why I was there - he just took my vitals and walked away- didn’t tell me to follow him and then they brought another patient in the room with me and said I was not supposed to be in that room- my nurse never told me that I was switching rooms or to follow him, so tha... read more
