I was an out of town visitor with a minor emergency. I figured my whole day would be gone by the time I left. I was very wrong! After entering the amazingly clean and fresh clinic, I was greeted by the very friendly and helpful reception staff, who asked for my ID and gave me paperwork to fill out (which took less than five minutes). Had to make a visit to Fast-Track on the 4th of July. Couldn’t make an appointment with my primary care until after the holiday. Showed up in time for my appointment and was seen with 5 minutes. Checked my symptoms did some tests and found a pharmacy that was open. Have now had two of the antibiotics and am feeling much better. Also just had a call from the primary care office about scheduling an appointment, but told them Fast-Track had already taken care of me. Many thanks.
I came in with results from another location showing I had a UTI asking for a prescription. Provided a sample to be told I did not have an infection. They did finally provide a prescription but reluctantly. They they called the next week to state that I did have an infection but the prescription should help. I am not a medication seeking individual and even if I was you can not get high on that type of medication. They made me feel as if I was a person trying to get something for the wrong reasons. I am always better off when I go here they are mush better then going to the ER if they can’t take care of whatever they will send you there thank you for you kind ways 👍
Waiting time was minimal and the attention was warm!
After hours of waiting nurse practitioner had no medical knowledge and understanding of what is going on and keep leaving the room to talk to the Dr and finally she said that I have to go to the emergency room. I wasted hours of waiting and money for nothing! I don't recommend this place to anyone.
