The doctor was a straight up asshole no manners was very sarcastic and didn't seem to care about my issue
Business response:
Please call Fast Track to discuss your visit. I am unable to get through on your phone line. Please ask to speak to the Medical Director.
Felt like a waste of time. I’ve had a terrible cough for some time and went to Fast Track, as nothing else was open at the time. The staff was, for the most part, friendly, but very unhelpful. A nurse took my vitals and the doctor diagnosed me with “a cold” before he even entered the room. The problem ended up being much more than a cold. Could be useful for simple treatments, but I felt as if I wasn’t taken seriously.
My experience was horrible. The nurse practitioner Heather Greer was extremely rude and condescending. She did not seem interested in treating me for my injury because I did not know a specific instance where I was injured and gave her two possible scenarios. She was very dismissive. Said I had an “enigma” and would never know what happened bc I didn’t have a specific accident that caused the swelling and bruising in my foot. I told her I tripped and fell which may have caused it or was ball room dancing and had my foot step... read more
A letter to “realpractice.reviews” FYI, I notice there’s not a single bad review of anyone anywhere, so I know you’re a sham review site. Not to worry: I posted my review to Google Reviews too. FYI, I expressly am stating to you, “DO NOT CONTACT ME”. It isn’t necessary. My Google review will be published, even if the one I did here never sees the light of day.
I went, spent $50, saw just a physicians assistant, not a real doctor, and after paying the $50, was told one of the main reasons I went in the first place, was something a primary physician had to do. SO why exactly does this place exist? I certainly won’t be coming back. I had to go to another place (by the way, only $30, not $50, so people should also shop around), and I got taken care of with no issues whatsoever. I won’t be back. And the good news, I’ll be also saving $20 each time I go somewhere else.
I was feeling awful last night and being able to make an appointment instead of sitting in a busy waiting room for an hour made a huge difference. I will definitely go there the next time I am not feeling well.
Wanted to give you five stats
I am often here when I have a migraine that my daily medicine does not prevent or my pain pills do not work so I can get shots. I usually only come if I absolutely have to, and at that point usually have had a migraine for at least 3 days before I take even more time off from work to come. So I truly am at the point where it is urgent that I get some relief. I always, always have support from the team here and love everyone who works here. This time, there was a nurse pract or PA, I'm not sure, who I have not seen over the ... read more
Had an appointment for 12pm arrived at 11:20am no one in waiting room and still wasn’t seen until after 12pm. Walkins came in after me and were seen before me even though I arrived 40 mins before my appointment today me
