Prompt service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s rare that I need urgent care, but when I do I come here.

overall, I think that the clinic did a great job. The staff was very professional and made sure that all my questions were answered. The only issue that I have is with the payment/billing system. My co-pay is supposed to be $15. but instead of charging me $15 directly, I was put on auto-pay (which I don't want). The clinics should be able to take just the co-pay or cash at the office without forcing people to enroll in the auto-pay.
