All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. They were fast and efficient. I did not have to wait more than 5 min in the lobby nor did I wait long in the exam room. I was very, very appreciative of this because i felt so sick and it is hard to feel ill and not be @ home. Also they called my medication in right away to my pharmacy so there were no issues picking it up and i could take it right away. Very pleasant staff. Will definitely be my 1st choice to be treated for walk-in type issues.
I went in 30 mins before closing time and was in and out with medication to treat my illness as well , within that time frame. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
TGH Urgent Care staff was courteous and efficient and diagnosed me accurately. I appreciated them immensely.

The new questionnaire fine thrive or phones was a bit tedius, but I understand necessary. I've been coming here since your opened, all of my information was gone. You had am address for me y fast was about 15 years ago, asking with a matching cellphone. Okay, no problem, it's technology. Once I had completed all of that, my wait was only minutes. Great service, speedy and very friendly.
Easy in and out . Friendly people that work there.
Once I got in the service was great but I had to wait in the waiting room for 1 hrc10 min,that is just too long first time I have ever had a bad experience there an I have been there many times in the past
