Had a short wait, staff was friendly, & I got what I needed for my medical issue so was very satisfied
Excellent patient care. Every staff person was attentive and thorough with a caring and supportive "bedside manner."
The PA who worked with me was caring and concerned and gave great medical attention. However, I waited in the lobby for nearly 2 hours in 7/10 pain to be seen. When I was taken back, I could barely walk, had very high blood pressure, and was nauseous from the amount of pain I was in. You need to properly staff the urgent care or triage patients so that people are not stuck for 2 hours without being seen.
My first visit to this urgent care facility. I was very pleased with the concern and professional treatment I received. And now I feel so much better, thank you for the great care.

Very good. Everyone was so pleasant. Moved right along.
Everything was great once I was seen. My only complaint is while checking in at the desk as well as waiting to be seen the 2 girls working up front were talking to each other complaining about other employees the entire time. Very unprofessional and the last thing I felt like hearing when sick.
