Everything was good with the my visit and the doctor. She was wonderful, took time with me and was so helpful.
Wait time wasn’t too long and the PA was great. I will only go to the Riverview one!
The doctor was great. The only suggestion is to see patients in severe pain first and alleviate the pain if the patient needs fo wait longer. The word "urgent" in Urgent Care must be that. Thank you.
We waited a long time, and there was a mess up. We ended up seeing the doctor after at least 5 other people who showed up later than us. I had to asked for three time what was going on. By the last time, I was out of patience. I hope nobody has to go through it again. The PA was nice and she took care of my son.
