All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. As always TGI Urgent care was prompt and very friendly. They recently solved my problem of a bee sting which made my face swell. I got very excellent care and they solved my problem quickly. I'm so glad that this outpatient place is there. They are truly wonderful.
Acertive and gentle
Although the wait was long, as expected due to covid, the patient care was great.
I have been to this urgent care before and would come back again. This time we went for covid testing and it was so easy. We got signed in then we went to our car and waited when they called us to come in we went inside we were taking into a room where they came in and talked to us and let us know exactly what was going on and asked if we had any questions answered everything and then they came in and did the test and we had the test within 3 days or one of us did the instant test which only took about 20 minutes.
