All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. The only draw back is not having a tablet for All the info needed. Sitting in the waiting room, leaning over a clipboard is tedious.
I made an appointment for Saturday (on Wednesday... I took the first available appointment)so that I didn't have to wait so long. I arrived at 1:05 for a 1:15 appointment, couldn't wait in the waiting room, even though I felt awful and it was in the 90's outside. It was 2:15 before I was taken to a room. Both the nurse/medical assistant and the PA were great caregivers but the wait, with an appointment, and in the heat, were awful.
The wait was a little long but we are in crisis with COVID but everything went perfect
