All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Was ok the 3 hours wait isn't pleasing...
The check in process was very easy and I was able to get myself and son tested in a decent matter of time. The staff was a great!
Although the wait was long the staff was professional, friendly and efficient.

Sign in process was smooth. The wait time was average (one hour) given the amount of people that were ahead of me. The request to wait in your car was ok

The only problem I had was that I had an appointment but had to wait two hours to be seen.
Very thorough & super friendly even when the office is swamped. They were very professional & clean!
I was traveling from out of town, had a dental abscess and called to let them know I was coming but it would be very close to closing. They told me to come and I arrived about 3 minutes before closing. They were very kind, helpful, and I received the care I needed. I don’t know what I would have done if TGH Fast Track had not seen me. Thank you!
