My issue was not resolved through the live chat but the person tried. However I was online with them about an hour. Long time. Tech is coning out this evening.

I called the day before the Fourth of July needing new service turned on the lady on the phone was so helpful and so nice and polite. Said she would try to get a crew out. 10 minutes later the crew arrived love, OEC

OEC was wonderful, everyone was so nice and efficient!!! Only issue I have is the communication between the contractors back to OEC when job is complete!!! The contractors finished our job on Monday morning and I had to let OEC KNOW on Wednesday morning!! Contractors should’ve let them know that day!!!! OEC awesome job !!!
