We were treated with professional courtesy
Nice and easy transition as well as a convenient drive thru and personable staff.
I phoned requesting a replacement bulb for my security light during the recent winter weather. OEC was here the next day.
It was difficult to set up my account online. Had to call twice.
Work was performed quickly. Repairmen replaced my faulty security light with a new one. It’s the white light and not the yellow one which makes me and most importantly the wife very happy.

We were not notified of the repair. The gate was not open on Friday (5th) when scheduler indicated crew was available. The scheduler indicated Monday, 8th, was a better day. I assume the repair was done on Friday. The fixture does look new and has "LED" on the outside. The end result was good - the gate is illuminated. Thank you.
The woman who answered my call was very professional, polite, and helpful. I called to set up new service at my apartment and was very pleased with how quick and easy the process was to set up my new service. Even more surprising to me was how helpful and friendly the woman was over the phone. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and concerns and treated me with respect.
