Called first time to turn on power, Courtney wouldnt help and said it wasnt in their area. Had to take off work and call again to prove it was OEC, checked the box. Maybe you guys should look into things before telling people the wrong information. Second lady I talked too, after having to drive over there, actually helped and fixed everything for me. Maybe Courtney needs more training on customer service.

First of all, Jack has been gone for almost 2 years! I've told you several times! I'm very upset about the way my account has been handled! I make payments and every month I have to start over, being told the account was none existent. What's funny and frustrating is that I still have power! This is the second time you have sent this to me and I’m gonna tell you one more time. OEC Fiber sucks it’s constantly buffering. I can only watch a show. Maybe five minutes at a time in it has to buffer again because it was disconnected and I am going to probably cancel and you guys don’t get your act together.
