I set it up plenty in advance. A guy showed up and ran a line through the yard. Now we have to wait for another guy to splice and the wait longer for a guy to run the line in the house for interent. There was absolutely no reason why it couldn't have all been done in one day. A day we wasted by making sure someone was there! Big failure. it shows a lack of planning and good management! One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. I pay my bill on time. I asked for an extension because I was starting chemotherapy. I’d be getting paid literally 8 days after the due date and I was told they couldn’t work with me. I do not recommend this service and would look for other providers if available.
I contacted OEC about internet service in the beginning of February. When I reached out to them on the 6th of March to check the status, they told me that nothing had happened. I decided to go with a competitor.
I have a tenant that got evicted & not paying you yet you give me a hard time for trying to start service at my property & trying to pay you. You all are awful for property owners to deal with.
I signed up a couple weeks ago and have not heard anything. Still no internet I believe I need to call Pioneer so I can get service.

I called in about a faulty security light and they had it repaired in a timely fashion,, even upgraded the light to LED, I can now see all the way down my drive,,,
you did good no problems
