Everyone was on time, plenty of crew to complete the job quickly, did exactly as we discussed and agreed. I was up and running in less than 2 hours. Best experience from a utility provider ever by 100x.

Tech arrived on schedule and determined the optimum location for our line and router. After install tech tested signal quality through out the entire home. He recommended a signal booster centrally located to improve through put for more remote areas. So far we are very satisfied.
Technician showed up very on time and did a great job installing the equipment and getting us all set up! He did a great job communicating what he was doing and walked me thru the set up. Very happy with our experience!
All of the various staff and contractors were great
Experience was great. The process was explained clearly and the steps followed exactly how it was explained to me. I think they even fixed a nail on my wonky gate latch when I was at work during their line install. Really great experience.
Installation guys were all over solving my issues with location of the modem and my existing router, which they completely solved!
