Everything was fast. When the technician checked coverage he only checked half the distance from the connection. I don't appear to have as good coverage in my office (another 20 feet beyond his test location). I was not left an extender, but there was no test at the extents we may need coverage.

He was on time did a great job. Very friendly
Everyone was very professional. They all made sure to leave the space the way they found it, even when they dug up part of the yard. You could barely tell anything was done. The person who came inside was very friendly and made sure to explain everything in detail.
All went as scheduled. Technicians did great Customer service was outstanding. Fiber service seems to be working awesome.

The process of getting everything has not very well, but your folks have and are working to get it all done. Sometimes technology just get the best of us and it just takes time to get it all done. I am sure I will love it when it all up running.
