Great communication. Early for scheduled install. Installers were courteous and helpful, providing knowledge and great information.

Great loving being back as a customer
The entire process of switching to OEC Fiber was seamless. It's always scary laying lines on a 5 acre piece of property that is 25 years old, but no underground lines or plumbing was damaged. The interior hookup by Sean was a very pleasant experience and he stayed around after installation to ensure that all my other devices were working perfectly before he left. Sean was an amazing ambassador for OEC. YOU'D do well to keep him around. Thank you.
