Experience was easy and straight forward! My installation was done within 2 weeks of my requesting OEC fiber!! Our internet speeds are noticeably faster and the same price as what we were paying at Cox for less speed. 10/10 would recommend!

The technicians were fast and efficient. I asked about my tv and they set up all my electrical devices within minutes which saved me hours of frustration! They worked great as a team and were so polite. I was super impressed with the service in today's market.

Good job on installation and internet is working great......
The online process worked well. One small issue that could be easily fixed if it isn't already -- inform new users that if they are porting over a landline number that the process will entail a longer wait so they can prepare for that. The support staff were helpful by phone, and the installers were very professional and competent.
