Installation of all three phases ( bury line, attach to house and inside hook-up) went smoothly, but only the final phase was scheduled. Otherwise, we did not know when someone was showing up to work. Luckily we were here each time, but it could have been a problem due to our barking dog
Your guys were great I really enjoyed the professionalism and quickness of their work they were in and out before I knew it I really liked I forgot their names but I think it was landed for Brandon but they were real professional thank you for sending them
I’m a brand new subscriber, after decades with that ‘other’ company! I’m SO very pleased that I quit procrastinating, and made this very positive upgrade! Change seems hard for we older people, but a few days at the controls, and all becomes as easy as before. And the improvements in quality and speed, WOW!!! Everything was smooth as far as the install goes. The tech was very nice and super helpful! Although we had a language barrier he tried his absolute best to be sure I fully understood what was going on. OEC was having a slight issue on the upload end of things but as far as I know it was resolved within a few hours. I HIGHLY recommend OEC fiber to anyone that can access it! OEC was very helpful from just tte first call requesting information about the fiber optic services to the installation. Costumer service representative were knowledgeable, cordial and helpful with out rushing the precess and answering all the questions, and possible concerns I had.
