The OEC technicians which we contacted to get our TV correctly paired were excellent! However, for me to successfully operate the TV using the OEC hand held control is a NIGHTMARE! I guess I am spoiled by the the simplicity I experienced with prior providers- turn on TV hit Guide or Recordings select one & your watching immediately. The installation went well. He appeared to have done a good job.
Fast, friendly, and professional installation.
Every part of the installation went well. However, I do feel there could be much better communication; I received several emails stating that the next step would be completed within 10 days and when the time had passed, I would not hear anything until I called and spoke to someone in the fiber department. I was finally given the contractor's phone number and told I could just call them directly.
Your installation tech was very friendly and helpful and did a great job on the install. One thing that has me confused is the $100 install fee. The previous homeowner had already had OEC Fiber installed at my property and already had the OEC box installed, I only needed a wire to run into my house. I feel like people in my situation should get a discounted installation fee since 75% of the installation work is already completed, and the OEC box already being on the house is probably the reason 90% of your repeat customers c... read more

Great service even in bad weather excellent customer service
Overall things went well, but the installation from the side of the house up through the attic there is not any slack in the fiber. I wish I would’ve known that before the installer completed his job.
