Excellent customer service , living at this address for 16 years we were so thrilled that fiber was being offered in our area and to top it off being offered by an excellent company !!!
He was polite and explained ever questions we asked very nice
A few problems in the install. Guys came the next day and fixed that. A few small glitches with the fiber TV so far. Tech-support is always helpful. I have lots of time. That helps.
