I appreciated the technician following the Covid-19 safety guidelines while in my home. Also, his determination to resolve the problems with installation and reception issues.
Had a great experience with OEC and Trans Tel. Both companies were very professional and courteous. Had no issues at all with either companies. We elected to go with OEC internet service and all I can say is OEC has taken us to a performance level that no other internet provider was able to come close to.
