There seem to be a lot of communication problems between OEC and the subcontractors. I would receive an email from OEC that we were ready to schedule someone who would come and hook up inside the house. I would call and then, "oh wait, the aerial isn't completed," wait a few days, get another email, call to schedule, "Oh wait, the light reading hasn't been completed", that happened numerous times. My installer Jacob was on time and very efficient. He was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. He explained the process to me and walked me through getting online and verifying that my connected devices were able to connect as well. I have noticed the difference in my connection already.
Every contractor did a fast, efficient job with a friendly nature. Final installation was great.
