The guys that set up the modem/gateway were very nice and professional. The guy who did the drop tore up our AT&T line. We’ve called you (OEC) and they have done nothing to fix it. Now we have a broken and exposed line sticking out of the ground.

Installation went great. Hookup was fast. Installer very professional and personable. Explained everything. Checked speeds from one end of the house to the other. Determined did not need extender.
