Very professional was even nice to my service dog. Should be commended N her professionalism.
The wait was long for a rapid Covid test, understandable. The two nurses that assisted me were positive & knowledgeable. They gave respect & treated me with dignity. It made the wait worth while. I would highly recommend this facility.

The office was very clean and bright. Staff apologized for me having to wait past my appointment time and I appreciated that.
Everyone we came in contact with at TGH was so nice and patient with us. There was not 1 complaint I have in regards to the staff - from the admitting desk to the orderlies to the nurses to the cashier at the cafeteria - and everyone in between!
Fast and courteous
I made an appointment for Saturday (on Wednesday... I took the first available appointment)so that I didn't have to wait so long. I arrived at 1:05 for a 1:15 appointment, couldn't wait in the waiting room, even though I felt awful and it was in the 90's outside. It was 2:15 before I was taken to a room. Both the nurse/medical assistant and the PA were great caregivers but the wait, with an appointment, and in the heat, were awful.
