Fast and courteous
I made an appointment for Saturday (on Wednesday... I took the first available appointment)so that I didn't have to wait so long. I arrived at 1:05 for a 1:15 appointment, couldn't wait in the waiting room, even though I felt awful and it was in the 90's outside. It was 2:15 before I was taken to a room. Both the nurse/medical assistant and the PA were great caregivers but the wait, with an appointment, and in the heat, were awful.
I was tended to in a timely and professional manor. I felt comfortable and taken care of
