Things couldn't have been better. My Dr. Kevin Parrack was the absolute best. He explained all that I needed to know in layman's terms so knew what to expect. He truly cared about me. My stay at TGH was a pleasant experience.

Everyone was professional, efficient, friendly and caring. The doctor talked to me before and after the surgery about what to expect and the results which put me at ease. The only negative thing that happened was that I got lost but everyone I asked helped me find my way!

Everything was good but waiting outside in your vehicle and the heat, not so good. Over an hour.
Had to wait 2 hours even though we made appointment. Then took 3 hours before we were called with results. The people were very nice. It’s the system that is flawed
Quick, ask all the right questions. Xrays were instantly done a d results with no wait. Very polite from front desk to technicians. Would recommend to others needing quick medical attention. Only complaint was not wheel chair accessible from the curb getting in!
