I went to TGH Urgent Care for a Covid 19 test on a Sunday, the wait time was really crazy. I signed in and was asked to wait in the car and I would be called in when I was ready to be seen. The wait time was over an hour now even though I was a walk in that seemed like a long time to wait. I have to say the staff was super friendly and the doctor I saw was really nice and informative about the test and the process, and I felt she really listened to my concerns and treated me with care. Great experience. All of the staff and the pharmacists were helpful and polite. The test was completed. Rey quickly.
Receptionist was pleasant. I waited almost 2 hours for a screening that took 5 mins to complete.
