I was traveling from out of town, had a dental abscess and called to let them know I was coming but it would be very close to closing. They told me to come and I arrived about 3 minutes before closing. They were very kind, helpful, and I received the care I needed. I don’t know what I would have done if TGH Fast Track had not seen me. Thank you!
It was a very busy morning, but patient were checked-in in a reasonably efficient process. The number of patients that morning created a 2 hr wait time overall, which is understandable with the growing concerns and symptoms related to Covid 19. Testing and treatment was appropriate. Everyone was patient and kind.
