Came in because I learned I had been exposed to a friend who tested positive for Covid. Receptionist said I could stay and be evaluated which I did. Everything about the test was explained and experience was very positive. Was told it would be 2-5 days before result was back but usually about 2 days. Everyone took the time to answer our questions and took very good care of my husband and I.
The staff was great I was in and out .
Timely, professional, clean and they had me check my name and DOB on the vial… I like this as it allows me to participate in safe and accurate care of my specimen.
All staff had great customer service, the place was sanitized, and they are quick getting you in and out. This is my go to place for urgent care from now on

Myself experience was fine i had know problems with any of my staff members at all i thank each nd everyone very very much it was my pleasure
I had a pleasant experience. However, my symptoms were Covid related and I was not offered the monoclonal infusion therapy (which I understand helps early on). This should be offered automatically.
