Good experience with med. techs. PA very knowledgeable and concerns about our health problems .I think about 30minutes for waiting time but had to fill out paperwork so that was ok. Like follow up call for my husband . I think need more phone lines , difficulty getting through for questions .
The only problem I had was that I had an appointment but had to wait two hours to be seen.

Seemed very well organized the questionnaire was a little long.
Great! Even though the clinic was busy, there was only a short wait The nurse practitioner was thorough and knowledgeable. She even followed up with a call later on to tell me my test result and see that I was okay.

Jenny, at the front desk, did a great job registering patients, directing pre-op patients to the outdoor test site, and generally acting as traffic director all with no assistance for the first hour that I waited. Wait time was long (1 1/2 hours before I was seen by nurse and PA). However, I know that with the resurgence of Covid cases, it was not the fault of the staff.
