It was very good from beginning to end. Everyone was very hospitable and knowledgeable.
I'm a retired O.R. Circulating Nurse after 30 year. From the front desk to the discharge Nurse, I would rate the entire staff who caried for me as one of the best. Everyone was FRIENDLY, compassionate and knowledgeable. I'm accustom to hiring mote than being at patient, but I'vee I've been on the patient's side many times - so I think MY opinion survey should hold more weight. And I was so impressed. Great job.. I was nervous but everyone made me feel comfortable

Good experience with med. techs. PA very knowledgeable and concerns about our health problems .I think about 30minutes for waiting time but had to fill out paperwork so that was ok. Like follow up call for my husband . I think need more phone lines , difficulty getting through for questions .
The only problem I had was that I had an appointment but had to wait two hours to be seen.
