Inviting Atmosphere very attentive and patient.
I have been to this facility a few times and have always been greeted by the receptionists with respect and promptness. The wait time has never been long and the treatment by the treating physician has been excellent and on target with my ailments. I highly recommend this facility for any non urgent medical condition that does not require any hospitalization.
Nurses were loud not very comforting when you’re waiting trying to get your nerves down and all you hear is loud gossiping and laughing about other employees.
Every staff member I interacted with during my visit was kind and attentive. My experience at TGH Urgent Care was excellent.
I love coming to your clinic every one is pleasant they get u in an out and the Doctors Know how to treat your illness and they make u well again. Your staff knows what they are doing
Doctor was knowledgeable, caring, and listened to my concerns. She prescribed medication that helped me. I feel much better and would use the urgent care facility again.
I don't even go to my primary which I have no co-payment there because it is so much better coming there to call your clinic I don't know if I have a copay there or not but they have my credit card. It's so easy the lady in the front desk is so sweet and they get me in and out of there prescriptions they use common sense and so that I've had bronchitis several times before and didn't hold me up with any you know wasted time just listen to my lungs and and checked me over and then gave me my prescriptions and got me out of th... read more
Very professional, I felt very comfortable and confident with all the doctors and staff. My procedure went well and fast. Everything well explained and definitely I will highly recommend TGH to everyone.
