From the moment we arrived at the surgery floor, everything went smoothly. From the Check in staff, to the nurses, and doctors. Everyone was friendly, thoughtful, and caring.
It was a great experience. Every one was so nice.and made me feel comfortable
Check in was easy, patient distancing in the lobby was observed or you could wait in your car for a text message. Staff, doctor and nurse were excellent, professional, cordial, efficient, communicated well. I felt they were genuinely concerned and cared !!!!

Everything was fine until I had to call and get attention. I can understand that there may be volume but it was a nightmare to get to speak with someone on the phone
Dr Collins was great. When I had a reaction to the medicine, she changed it and then called the next day to check on me. The rest of the staff was excellent as well.
I went to my appointment and found out my appointment was actually 2 days later. The staff was very nice and accommodating so I was able to see doctor at that time. Plus, I really liked the doctor and there wasn’t a long wait. I definitely recommend TGH Urgent Care.
