The service was great for my Covid-19 test
I arrived at TGH Urgent Care a little after 8 am without an appointment. I had a pain in my abdomen and wanted to know what was the matter, particularly if it was a serious matter. There was a lot of paperwork. Everything moved smoothly. Reception was great; nurse was great; doctor was great. Doctor Roberto Rolon had my full confidence. He asked relevant questions, physically examined my abdomen, he left me fully informed. All in all, excellent treatment by all for a walk-in, without an appointment.

We were greeted immediately and the lady was friendly. My daughter was very sick and we waited in the car until she was called in. The facility is very CLEAN and the bathroom too. The med assistant was compassionate, listened to our concerns and was super gentle when swabbing my daughter for the flu & Covid. My daughter’ pediatrician had advices us to go and get tested there. Went very well and the nurses, Kamils and Josefina were outstanding.
Great experience from reception through meeting with doctor. Explained condition, what to expect and how to handle. Great staff.
Everyone was ftriendly and competent. It would be nice if they wore name tags and their titles As we didn’t know whether we were Drs or nurses ! Anyway, it was a pleasant experience and I plan to use TGH for any future medical needs. Thank you!
