Fantastic! I made an appointment and was seen right on time! Everyone was so kind and had no problem explaining the process. Will come back for all of my urgent care needs!

The attention was really good but it takes three and half hours to be attended.

I was seen fairly quickly. Most all of the staff was very friendly and knew what they were doing and got things done as quickly as possible with test results and a diagnosis. The receptionists could be a little more understanding with people who come in and need a little compassion but were efficient. I was seen by Dr. Victoria Wong. Jose & Michael in Westchase took great care of me. All my questions were answered and I left with a diagnosis and prescription. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.
This is a great medical office. The medical team and staff are always so nice to deal with and the office is always clean.
