The attention was really good but it takes three and half hours to be attended.
Staff and doctors very professional and friendly.
Fast, and great service
I was seen fairly quickly. Most all of the staff was very friendly and knew what they were doing and got things done as quickly as possible with test results and a diagnosis. The receptionists could be a little more understanding with people who come in and need a little compassion but were efficient. I was seen by Dr. Victoria Wong. Jose & Michael in Westchase took great care of me. All my questions were answered and I left with a diagnosis and prescription. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.
