Great job by the crew I saw. The only problem I have is all the redundancy. The last thing a person needs when checking in injured or sick, is to be handed a clip board with papers to fill out. In "todays" world, especially when at an "In House" facility, it seems, Name, last 4, birth date and PCM should be all that is required. I suppose one day we will get to that point. The staff was fantastic, please give them my best regards.
